tanzTraining Spezial with Renate Graziadei

Teaching, for me, means connecting and sharing my dance and choreographic experience while continuously discovering new things myself. At the center of the workshop is the search for clarity in movement, presence, and a physical state that supports rather than restricts. I am interested in how we can challenge and expand our bodily awareness—beyond fixed ideas of what dance can be.

We work with alignment, weight shift, breathing, impulses, and a conscious engagement with gravity. Exercises exploring tension and release, as well as flow, form the foundation. The aim is efficiency, openness, and curious exploration—without pressure but with deep focus. During the workshop, we will also learn a small excerpt from the choreography sinnestaumel.

The workshop is open to anyone who wants to better understand their body and experience more freedom in movement—regardless of previous dance experience.
